Application process
Step 1: Submit your application through our online platform
Click on Registration to access the platform and submit your application :
Complete all required fields
Click on New submission to submit all the required paperwork (CV, letter of recommandation, transcript of Bachelor degree (with marks), or above (Master degree). You will need to pick CV as title for your CV, put your name as author and your university as affiliation. If you need any help with this, you can contact us via the @Contact section.
Be sure to submit your application before the deadline of the 28th of February 2025.
Step 2 : Admission jury (March)
The scientific committee will meet after the end of the application period, to determine which candidates are selected for our MINATO summer school
Step 3 : Acceptance letter (March)
If you are accepted to the summer school, you will be informed either directly by the MNATO organization comittee and you will receive an official acceptance letter. If, unfortunately, you don't make it to this session, you will still be notified.
Step 4 : Payment (April)
Once you receive the acceptance letter, you will have 4 weeks maximum to make your payment, through a dedicated and secure online platform.
You will receive the link to login via email. Payment can be done by credit card or bank transfer. You will have all the information on the platform. Your admission will only be definitive once the amount due is received by INSA Toulouse.
We can assist you in case you face difficulties when making your payment.
Step 5: Get ready to attend the MINATO summer school
You will receive all the necessary information about the program and the activities planned.
